Donald L. Bailey, son of Zelda D. Collier of Elkton, and Leon L. Bailey of Washington, has been promoted in the U. S. Air Force to the rank of senior master sergeant.
Bailey is a vehicle maintenance superintendent at RAF Wethersfield, England, with the 819th Civil Engineering Squadron.
His wife, Bonnie, is the daughter of Irma B. Pettigrew of Port Orange. Fla.
The sergeant is a 1981 graduate of Park College, Mo.
