Mr. and Mrs. Joe Beard of Alexandria and Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Vest, Pat and Todd were Thanksgiving Day dinner guests of Mrs. Vallie Butler. Joining them in the afternoon were Mr. and Mrs. George C. Hawkins of Sperryville. The Beards remained for a longer visit returning home on Sunday.
Mrs. Lucille Butler spent the Thanksgiving holiday with her brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Foster in Flint Hill.
Brad Sykes returned home on Thursday after being a patient in University Hospital, Charlottesville for several days. He was an overnight guest Saturday of his grandmother, Mrs. Opie Crawford. Mr. and Mrs. James Sykes were Sunday evening dinner guests of Mrs. Opie Crawford, Curtis and Ray.
Mr. and Mrs. Buster Hitt spent Thanksgiving Day with her mother, Mrs. Virginia Jenkins at Rose Hill Nursing Home in Berryville.
On Wednesday Mr. and Mrs. Roscoe Burke of Front Royal were guests of Mr. and Mrs. James Falls.
On Tuesday Mrs. Myra Hornsbaker and a friend from Herndon were visitors of Mrs. Chloe Brown.
Mr. and Mrs. Joel Daczewitz, Gregg, Philip and Derek were Thanksgiving Day dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Kermit Weakley in Washington.
