Maurice Moody
Architectural Draftsman
Maurice Ward Moody, 69, of Charlottesville, died Monday, November 22, 1982, in Martha Jefferson Hospital, Charlottesville.
Born in Saranac Lake, N. Y. on August 23, 1913, he is the son of Kenneth Earl Moody of Lovingston and the late Maud Kelly Moody. Mr. Moody was a retired .architectural draftsman of Browne, Eichman and Dalgliush, P. C. He was a veteran of World War II and served with the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers. Mr. Moody was an employee of Moody Funeral Service in Culpeper.
Survivors include his wife, Edith Clements Moody of Charlottesville; two sons, Larry Regan Moody of Geveland, Tenn. and Stephen Edward Moody of Culpeper and three grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Friday at the First Baptist Church in Charlottesville by Dr. H. Cowen Ellis. Burial was in the Monticello Memory Gardens.
