With the dust from the election settling. Virginia Democrats are moving to patch up the potentially dangerous rifts which have appeared between some of the party’s top leadership and other members of the Democratic high command.
These were kept reasonably quiet during the summer and autumn campaigns, although there were persistent reports of discontent bubbling just below the outwardly tranquil surface of party unity.
