Richmond—It will be up to a joint House and Senate Conference Committee to decide whether Rappahannock County will get $81,500 in state money to help pay for renovating the county jail.
No attempt was made last Wednesday to amend the Senate’s recommended budget to include money for Rappahannock’s jail but funding has been included in the House budget.
