Repairs and Alterations
Rappahannock County Buildings
Construction contractors are invited to submit sealed proposals for the below-described work at the location indicated.
Materials, work and services are to be furnished to provide the following repairs and alterations: (1) Repairs to Commissioner of Revenue/Zoning Office (2) Installation of Courthouse window fire escape double doors.
Proposals and other data submitted by bidders will form the basis of the negotiation of a lump-sum contract for the work. Proposals are to be submitted in proper form, as described in the Information for Bidders”. They shall reach the Rappahannock County Clerk’s Office, P.O. Box 116, Washington, Virginia, 22747 on February 28, 1983 at 2:30 P.M. at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read.
The contract documents may be secured at the County Clerk’s Office, Washington, Virginia, 22747. Bidders may visit-the site alone or they may contact the Engineer (987-8077) for someone to accompany them.
Your attention is invited to “Information for Bidders” and to Supplementary Conditions to be followed.
