33 YEARS AGO RAPPAHANNOCK NEWS Raccoon hunters from Rappahannock - Jacob Williams, Aubry Campbell, Erskine Mills, Fred Dodson and Jerry Atkins - met with success at an all night hunting party near the Rapidan River.
