Some doors and windows leak so much they might as well be open. Keep the warm or cool air inside where you want it. You’ll enjoy greater comfort and save energy and money at the same time.
Storm doors and windows can still lose heated or cooled air if they aren’t properly sealed. Check to make sure that yours are weatherstripped around movable joints and well caulked around all frames. It does make a big difference.
