After three months, the two women are encouraged by their business and by the increasing number of craftspeople who bring in their handiwork. “We couldn’t be more pleased with the acceptance and response,” Becky said. “We’d love for our inventory to outgrow our quarters.”
New at Creations is a coupon exchange and customers are invited to trade their extra coupons for ones they need.
The enthusiasm of Becky and Frances for their new operation is obvious. What is their favorite part of running their own shop? Both women agreed that dealing with the public is what makes Creations fun for them.
Creations is open Monday through Friday rom 9:30 to 5:30; Saturday from 9:30 to 3:00 in the Old Post Office building in Washington.
