District Ranger
Bob Warren transferred to Shenandoah National Park as North. District Ranger announced Park Superintendent Robert R. Jacobsen.
Warren arrived in the Paris on May 28, 1986. He was previously the Superintendent at Fort Necessity National Battlefield in Pennsylvania.
“Bob Warren will reside joutside of the Park in or near Front Royal,” Superintendent Jacobsen added. “This will assist him in developing and maintaining close ties with communities around the Park’s North District.”
District Ranger Warren has served with the National Park Service at Gettysburg National Military Park in Pennsylvania, Dinosaur National Monument in Colorado, Yellowstone National Park m Wyoming and brings with him a variety of experiences and skills which will be of assistance in his new position.
Warren’s wife, iris, and their, two sons, Doug and Damn (both in high school), will join him in June.

Mrs. Jean B. Moffett left on Friday, May 31 to spend several weeks with her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Page Moffett, Billy and Sally Page in Leesburg. While there they will celebrate Mrs. Page Moffett’s birthday and also tour places of interest in the Williamsburg area.
Mrs. Leonard Campbell spent from Friday until Sunday with her sonin-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Bailey and children in Manassas.
While there she attended the graduation of her granddaughter, Kristen Bailey from Linda Carol’s School of Dance. The graduation was held at James Madison High School. Kristen received an award for six yearn of perfect attendance.
