The program will be designed to meet the needs ef economically disadvantaged youths by providing meaningful, structured and well supervised work to improve the work habits and skills of the youths.
The youths will be provided vocational counseling and occupational information while earning income. Youths will receive services which will induce and aid potential drop-outs to return to school.
