Commonwealth’s Attorney Peter Luke moved to not prosecute Charles L. Williams in General District Court on Tuesday on a charge of driving with a suspended license. Luke said that there was some confusion over Williams’ driving record that would make proving the case beyond a reasonable doubt difficult. Williams pled guilty to driving 74 miles per hour in a 55 zone, and Judge John Alexander fined him $38 in addition to $20 costs. Other cases decided Tuesday included:
Charles William Allen, 69/55, $28/$20. Rebecca Rae Baron, 70/55, $30/$25. Thomas Eliot Bradbury, 75/55, $40/$20. Joseph Edward Brown, 66/55, $22/$20.
