The Founding
In 1979 Paul and Joan St. Cla bought the Old Lake Motel in Washinj ton and converted it into the Bla( Kettle Motel and Restaurant. The main interest was in starting a restai rant since the entire family is inte ested in food preparation. Moi specifically, though, Paul loves to coc and has had a lifelong ambition to b< come a chef.
