NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to Section 16-2-3(1) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Wednesday. June 26, 1985 at 9:00 am. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:

1. Special Use Permit No. 251:

A copy of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30a.m. to 4 30p m. and on Wednesdays 8:30a.m. to 12:30p.m. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, June 19, 1985 at 7.30p.m. at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 16-2-3(2), it any.
