ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce a vinculo matrimonii from the defendant on the ground that the parties have separated and have lived separate and apart, without cohabitation and without interruption, for more than one year preceding the commencement of this suit.
It appearing from an affidavit having been made and filed, that diligence has been used by or on behalf of the Complainant to ascertain in what county or city the Defendant is, without effect, it is, therefore,
ORDERED that the Defendant, James Warfield Pendleton, do appear on or before August 22, 1985, (said date shall be no sooner than fifty (50) days after entry of the Order of Publication), in the Clerk's Office of this Court and do what is necessary to protect his interest in this suit, and it is further
ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahanncok, Commonwealth of Virginia, and that the same be posted at the front door of the Courthouse of this Court and that the Clerk of this Court otherwise comply with Section 8.01-317 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended.
