The ordinance requires a building to be set back at least 15 feet from another property line. The tentative plan does not meet that requirement.

The plan, if carried out, would extend the back of the library to a point that comes within 15 feet of a portion of property owned by Patrick O’Connell and Reinhardt Lynch. Accordingly, a variance would have to be granted before going ahead with the plan.
