Well, we have one birthday to report this week — and that is for Tommy Schoppet, who turned 14 on Sept. 8. Tommy celebrated his birthday with his good friend, Scott Blevins, of Washington. They were escorted by Tommy’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Schoppet, to Ocean City, Md., for the weekend.
