The Authority reviewed a list made by Gerhart ranking 11 properties not on the system’s plans in order of priority to be included on the plans.
Points ranging from one to 10 were given in each category and totaled. The properties with the higher totals, ranked from one to seven, would be included on the plans at no cost to the owners or the Authority since seven extra septic tanks were figured into the plans.
Gerhart recommended that the next two properties on the list be included on the plans using the Authority’s contingency fund. The last two property owners would not receive any assistance in their efforts to be on the system.
Dennis said that the Authority would need to send at least a partial request list for properties to be included to the State Water Control Board as soon as possible. “The sooner we can get something to the State Water Control Board, the better,” Dennis said.
The Authority approved the top seven on Gerhart’s recommendation list.
