Meat pies with spices and herbs and rich in good, simple, fresh flavor are enjoying a return to popu larity on American tables.

Pork pie is a traditional French Canadian meat pie. For many \\ ars. it has warmer the bodies of northern farmers and lumberjacks during the cold winter months.
