Librarian Dee Brents and t,he Board of Trustees have declared March 1988 Amnesty Month at the Rappahannock County Library.
All overdue books may be returned during March with no fines collected and no questions askedFines already levied will also be forgiven.
Mrs. Brents added that after April 1, anyone with books or other library materials overdue, fines unpaid, or charges for lost books outstanding will not be allowed to check out books until the overdues are returned and all fines are paid.
Ever-increasing costs of replacement and paperwork make it more important than ever that all Library materials be returned on time and all charges paid promptly, Mrs. Brents said. cl
