FOR BIDS
The Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors hereby invites all interested parties to submit bids to provide all labor and materials for the construction of approximately sixhundred (600) linear feet of access road and excavation and grading of approximately six-thousand (6000) cubic yards of earth. Bids will be received at the Building. Zoning, and Administration Office, (P.O. Box 222. Washington. VA 22747) until 1:00 p m.. Monday. March 14, 1988. at which time they will be opened and publicly read.
The bidding procedures for competitive sealed bidding provided for by the Virginia Public Procurement Act, Section 11-37 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, shall apply. In order to be acceptable, a bid must state a fixed price, must contain the name, address and telephone number of the bidder and must be signed by the bidder.
