Even though nutrition experts may disagree on diet theories, they generally agree on the need for a good breakfast.

The ususal recommendation is that about one-third of the day’s calories should be eaten at the first meal of the day. Since the period between last night’s dinner and this morning’s breakfast is a relatively long one, this advice makes good sense.

Unfortunately, many of us yield to the temptation of another 40 winks and skip breakfast entirely.
