RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS PURSUANT to Section 12.1-10 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1431 ot the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on February 5, 1990, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application(s): RZ# 89-12-04 Application by the Rappahannock County Planning Commission tq| rezone approximately ten acres (10) oj land, part of Tax Map 13, Parcel'^. The land fronts on U S. Rt. 522 between the old Flint Hill Packing Shed, North to a stream. Proposed re-zoning from "A" Agricultural to "VC" Village Commercial, in order to accomodate a septic system and drainfield for an adjacent multi-family use. Amendment allowed under Section 12 2-2(3), Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance. A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Said applications will be presented to the Rappanannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, January 17, 1990, at 7:30 p.m., at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 15.1-9, if any.
