ZONING ORDINANCE
In accordance with the terms of Section 8-1 -2 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Washington, Virginia, application is hereby made by Patrick J. O’Connell and Reinhardt Lynch, doing business as The Inn at Little Washington, to amend the following sections of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Washington Virginia:
S5-4-1 To read: Structures may be erected up to forty-five feet by special use permit. S5-8-4 To read: Parking in connection with non-residential uses shall be located only on the lot where said non-residential use is located or on property under the same ownership as that of the subject non-residential use.
-The Town of Washington Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing to consider these proposed amendments on Monday, January 22, 1990, at 8:00, at the Courthouse in Washington,
