PURSUANT to Section 12.1-10 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on January 24, 1990 at 9:00 a.m., at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications: SU#89-12-05 - Application by Reed Payne to operate a pool/ billards amusement arcade facility, indoor, jn an existing structure. Tax Map 20, Parcel 20A, zoned "GC”, General Commercial. Use allowed under Section 3.3-4 (N) Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance.
A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday. 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, January 17, 1990 at 7:30p.m. at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 5.1-9, if any.
