NOTICE TO ALL OWNERS OF “STRADDLE LOTS” TOWN OF WASHINGTON COUNTY OF RAPPAHANNOCK All those persons owning properties of four acres or less, at least half of which lies within the Town of Washington and the balance in the County of Rappahannock, and which were in existence as of October 1,1984, are hereby notified that the Town Council of Washington and the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County have resolved and agreed upon a process whereby such qualifying persons may apply for the inclusion of the whole of their properties within the Town of Washington’s boundaries. This may result in additional subdivision potential for such properties. In order to be considered, applicants must provide a valid survey of the parcel or parcels dated within twelve months of the application and prepared by a surveyor designated by the Town and the County showing a number of/ttems as specified in a resolution adopted by the Town Councilfon December 13, 1989 and by the Board of Supervisors on December 22,1989.
