The Culpeper United Way, in - ^ cooperation with Johnson and Johnson and Home Box Office, has made available to the community a videotape and accompanying study guide titled "How to Raise a Drug-Free Child." The half-hour videotape, hosted by Mary Tyler Moore, "can be an effective weapon in fighting drug abuse in our community," according ¥ to Betty Roberts, director of the Culpeper United Way.
