The prupose of the colloquy is to explore together the possibility that decentralization could provide a solution to energy and pollution problems.
Stewart Wayne Henry of Castleton Farms, Castleton, Va., was presented his Bachelor’s Degree of the College of Business and Economics at University of West Virginia, Morgantown, Sunday, May 18, at the 106th commencement exercises. Stewart is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Homer E. Henry, of Castleton, Va.
