HEARING FROM HEAVEN
All of God’s children should be hearing from their Father. If you are not hearing from heaven, it is for one of two reasons. (1) You are not his child. (2) You ale not waiting on him. Jesus said in Matthew 26:40 & 41, “What, could you not watch with me one hour? Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.” Acts 9:31 talks about walking in the fear of the Lord and the comfort of the Holy Spirit, and then they were multiplied.
All children should be walking with their Father God, so that his thoughts would be their action. Then we will be in the comfort of the Holy Spirit. 1 Cor. 2:12 & 13 says “Now we have received, not the Spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God. These things we also speak, not in words which mans wisdom teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual.”
You see, Jesus told us when he went to the cross that he would send another comforter. Do you think he was telling the truth? Read John 14:16 & 26, John 15:26 and John 16:1315. As a child of God, I can testify that Jesus will hear you and he will speak to you through his spirit to your spirit, if you are truly God’s child and you wait on him.
