On Sunday, July 22, the Conyers House in Slate Mills will sponsor an innkeeping seminar for aspiring and working innkeepers and bed and breakfast proprietors.
The course will be led by Sandra Cartwright-Brown, who has taught 14 such workshops since 1987. An innkeeper since 1981, Mrs. Cartwright-Brown said, “If you intend to operate a three to six-room bed and breakfast, you’ll be best served by taking a course offered by someone whose experience reflects that, rather than someone who has 20 rooms and a restaurant.”
