While dining al fresco with the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains for a backdrop, guests will be treated to the jazz of Pontchartrain Causeway. This six-piece band, featuring trombone, trumpet, clarinet, banjo, bass and drums, plays dancing and listening music in the New Orleans style of the early 1900’s. The group’s musical credits include appearances at the Shoreham Hotel and Colonel Brooks Tavern in Washington, D.C., Alexandria’s Basin Street Lounge, the Roanoke Jazz Festival.
Tickets for the Great American Cookout benefit are $25 per person, with $10 from each ticket going to Camp Fantastic.
