Mrs. Elva Compton and Mrs. Anna Fincham joined several other Rappahannock Senior Citizens on Monday, Oct. 1, visiting Mr. Lyle Foster at his daughter’s home, Mrs. Elizabeth Morris, in Dyke, VA. On Friday, Oct. 5, they enjoyed lunch with Mrs. Fincham’s niece, Lois Settle.
Miss Lori Pfalzgraf, Rappahannock High sophomore English and drama teacher, recently joined the Students Against Drunk Driving (SADD) Club for an outing at Lake Arrowhead, near Skyline Drive. On Sunday, Oct. 7, she enjoyed having her Drama students and Drama Club members over for a covered dish dinner.
I’m happy to report that Mr. Elmer Jenkins is much improved. He’s even gotten out to the garage several times.
Mr. Howard Knuckles has been released from Fauquier Hospital. Also, Carrington Smith is improving following recent surgery in which he developed an infection. During his recuperation he enjoyed visits by Rickie Sours and Rev. and Mrs. McGlothlin of Centreville, Edith and Elmer Phillips of Front Royal and
