Ms. Bolyard was Female AtKlete of the Year at Ohio University in 1988 and lettered four years in both basketball and track. Her javelin throw of 169’ 7” in 1987 still stands, and she was the Mid-American Conference javelin champion for three years (1986, ‘87, ‘88).
In addition to her athletic skills, while at OU Ms. Bolyard made the dean’s list for nine quarters, and was an Alumni Association scholar athlete. She also was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa.
