professional development; we have four women attending another college course at night, five women working on their Child Development Associate degree, and the rest of the staff attending professional workshops. These dedicated staff members are guaranteeing that we have the most qualified day care staff in our region. Their efforts in professional development do not go unnoticed.
I have found it to be a real privilege to work with the staff as a director as well as a parent. I am proud to represent CCLC as its director, and I am proud to have my children enrolled.
