Having paid for insurance on your house for 40 years do you regret that your house did not burn down so that you could have gotten something back on your investment? In fact haven’t we all seen a dramatic “profit" on our investment just this past year as we watched the Soviet-East Europe house start to fall down? Cannot we now breath a little easier even as we look to a new madman in Iraq and wonder at the damage he will do before he is stopped?
