The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant on the grounds that the parties have lived separate and apart without cohabitation and without interruption for a period in excess of one (1) year pursuant to Section 20SI (9)(a), Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended.

IT APPEARING from an Affidavit that the last known address of the Defendant, Judy Gay Dailey Wolford, is Foxlease Farm, P.O. Box 26, Upperville, Virqinia 22176.

IT IS ORDERED that the Defendant appear before this Court on or before the 10th day of December, 1990, and protect her interest herein.
