Park offers
sailing lessons
Fall winds are perfect for smooth sailing — learn how with help from C. M. Crockett Park’s Sailing Club.
Both beginner and advanced sailing lessons are offered at affordable prices, and with the park’s own AMF Zuma and Track 14 Catamaran.
Begin with the Zuma to learn rigging, tacking, and boat safety at $35. Then move on to the beautiful Catamaran with advanced lessons at $40. Lessons include three 1-1/2 hour lessons to be arranged at your mutual convenience with an instructor from the club.
Lessons are for families of one adult and one child age 11-17. You may include additional family members if you wish. Seniors are also welcome, with or without a child. To register, or for more information, call the park at (703) 788-4867.
