While the speed and apparent success of Wakefield School’s application for a base in Marshall seems to provide answers about the future of some 200 Wakefield pupils, what Community Development Director A1 Goldsmith calls an “exceptional” Case has left others asking questions.
Some whose applications for zoning variances were continuously tabled, say they could not imagine the Fauquier Plan-*1 ning Commission, and Board of Supervisors moving so fast on an item.
Others, such^as Commissioner Walter Munster, from Scott District, say they want to know more details about the application, which was launched following the Fauquier Board of Supervisor’s meeting Aug. 6 and is expected to be voted on for possible approval on Aug. 29.
