1 1/2 cups liquid (milk, cream or buttermilk) Two pieces of dense bread 1 Tbs. curry powder 1 can artichoke hearts 1 cup grated Swiss cheese 2 scallions, chopped Dab of chili paste Grease individual ramekins. Cut up bread and place on bottom of ramekins. Mix together eggs and liquid. Add curpr, artichoke hearts, scallions, chili paste and cheese. Pour into ramekins. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
