In Amissville Ruritan news, mark your calendar to attend these events. A dinner-dance-raffle will be held at the Fauquier Springs Country Club on Aug. 27. Disney rep tentatively set to speak to the club on June 16.
The Ruritan annual barbecue is set for July 16 at the Ruritan Community Center. Raffle tickets will be sold for a picnic table to be given away July 16.
This year’s scholarhsip has been increased from $300 to $550 by individual members pledging more money for the increase.
