Spring Carnival Set A Spring Carnival will be held at the Northern Virginia 4-H Center May 18-21. Thursday night will be ride all night for one low price and The Purple Dinosaur will give away a boy’s bike and a girl’s bike. On Saturday The Purple Dinosaur will appear from 5 to 8 p.m. Procees will benefit the Chester Gap Volunteer Fire Department. Advance tickets are available at Northern Virginia 4-H Center or by calling 636-3221. “Help us, help you,” said an organizer.
