PURSUANT to Section 12.1-10 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 25, 1994 at 9:00 a m., at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications: SU# 94-05-01 Robert Lasater, Rt. 1, Box 120 Sperryville, VA 22740, desires to obtain a Special Use Permit in order to operate a professional office from an accessory structure (existing Office) with three (3) persons (or less) employed. Located in Viewtown, VA, Jackson District, Tax Map 59, Parcel 10 & 10C; zoned “A" Agricultural; off Rt. 707 at Slate Mills. Allowed under Section 3, Article 3.3-5(K), Additional Standards under 5.6-5 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance.
