Arlington, returning to the county with ids wife on weekends and holidays. Then in 1991, they returned to live here full time. Throughout those years he kept up contacts with members of his unit. In the late 1980s he went to a reunion in Columbus, Ohio.
Now he is working as a volunteer with the Battle of Normandy Foundation trying to find veterans and their families to have their names on The Wall of Liberty to be built in Caen, France not far from the sight of the Normandy invasion. Groundbreaking for this wall (or series of walls) is scheduled for June 5, 1994. Completion is scheduled for the 50th anniversary of V-E Day, May 8,1995.
