Harold Frazier
Harold Lester Frazier, 66, of Culpeper, died on Thursday, May 26 at the Veterans Hospital in Martinsburg, W.Va.
A native of Boston, he was the son of the late Frank Ray Sr. and Lizzie Dodson Frazier.
Mr. Frazier served in the U.S. Army, receiving an honorable discharge on April 6, 1947, along with the World War II victory medal.
He was a retired meat cutter, having worked for Safeway and A & P food stores.
He is survived by a sister, Mrs. Alvin Atkins of Sperryvillle; three brothers, Shelvy H. Frazier of Castleton, Holtzman R. Frazier of Fredericksburg and Frank Ray Frazier Jr. of Boston; four nephews and four nieces.
He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Linda Kay Frazier and a sister, Agnes Holdren.
Funeral services were held on Sunday, May 29 at Geest-Johnson Funeral Home in Culpeper with Elder Wayne Richards officiating. i Interment was at Sperryville Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Harvey Clatterbuck Sr., James Dodson, Owen Cubbage, Billy Corbin, Shelby Atkins, Harvey Tharp, Joe Peregory and Harry Racey.
