This day came Jean Arthur Monroe and Arthur W. Wilmer, asserting that they are persons claiming by, through or under the heirs, devisees, or legatees of Eric Wilmer, a supposed decedent, and claiming certain real propety consisting of a tract or parcel of land containing 14.4516 acre, more or less, said land being more particularly described according to deed dated February 21, 1994 and recorded amongst the land records of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit of Rappahannock County, Virginia, as document number 621.

It being alleged that the said Eric Wilmer went from his residence and domicile in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and has not returned to said residence for more than 19 years successively and has not been heard from in over 13 years, and it having been requested that the fact of tne death of the said Eric Wilmer and of such descent and vesting be established by this court;

It is, therefore, ORDERED that the fact of such application be advertised and notice is now given therefore that on the 7th day of July, 1994, at 9:00 a.m. this Court will hear evidence as to the alleged absence of the supposed decendent and the circumstances and duration thereof. ' IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the foregoing order be published once a week for four successive weeks in. the Rappahannock News, a newpaper published in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia.
