The girls’ varsity basketball team dropped two more games last week, losing to Page 28-59 and to Strasburg, 24-49.
Sarah Gentry is a new member of the varsity team, replacing Wendy Cordani. Coach Laura Conklin said that Sarah was the top rebounder in the game against Strasburg.
Top scorers for the Page game were Susan Jewell and Janet Hitt with 10 points each. In the Strasburg game, Kylene Wolfe and Susan Jewell each scored six, and Sarah Gentry and Janet Hitt had five apiece.
