The Sperryville Business Council will sponsor their annual Apple Harvest celebration this weekend, Oct. 1 and 2. The event will be held rain or shine.

There will be live entertainment both days at That Sperryville Emporium, bluegrass and folk music by the Hazel River Bank and Domel Pratt at Faith Mountain and John Jackson will be appearing both days at Country Home Antiques. There will be homemade food throughout the town along with crafts, special antique sales, catalog closeouts and tent sale, bake sales, children’s games, pumpkins, apples, cider, all sorts of demonstration and many other activies.

The festival is sponsored by members of the Business Council which include Apple Hill Farm B & B, Mountain Spring Stable, Sperryville Antique Market, That Sperryville Emporium, Faith Mountain Catalog Outlet, The Faith Mountain Company, Country Home Antiques, Elmer’s Antiques, Doc’s Ole Stone House, Parkway Gift Shop, Country Manor Outlet and Hazel Mountain Deli.
