To the Editor:
I would like to clarify several points raised in he Jan. 11 story about Delegate Jay Katzen's visit to Spring Mountain School in Washington.
Delegate Katzen was welcomed to Spring Mountain to help school parents and board members learn more about the feasibility, desirability, and possibility of becoming a charter school. The issue of charter schools is being explored by Spring Mountain in order to see if it can help us meet our stated goal of becoming a tuition-free school.
