Samuel L. Robinson. 25, of Washington, was sentenced to 12 years in the penitentiary for malicious wounding, with six years suspended, and 12 months in jail and a $2,500 tine for brandishing a firearm He also was sentenced to one year in the penitentiary for tailing to appear in court last'August, and that year will run concurrently with the sentence for malicious wounding. He will have a total of seven years to serve.
The charges arose out of an incident at the Pine Knot Inn more than two years ago.
