Mr. Darby has been active in the Fauquier Chapter for several years, and is now coordinating efforts in what he calls the “Rappahannock branch" of the Fauquier Chapter.
The first house is to be built on Piedmont Avenue for Barbara Shanks and he^family. Ground was cleared before winter weather set in.
